Turns out the US Game is just called Bible Black II,
Where the Japanese version is called Bible Black -The Infection-


Also this thing about "Bible Black Slim Version" it is just the first US Game.

The Japanese game was republished in 2006 as Bible Black Slim featuring extended scenes, followed by a short sequel named Bible Black Infection(game 2) in 2008.
